Short Bio
Philip Johnson was a highly influential American architect and critic. He championed the International Style of modern architecture and later embraced postmodernism.
Famous works include his Glass House and New York's AT&T Building (now 550 Madison Avenue). Johnson was the first recipient of the Pritzker Architecture Prize.
