Rem Koolhaas is a Dutch architect, theorist, and urbanist known for his provocative writings and bold, deconstructivist designs. He founded the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) and designed iconic buildings like the Seattle Central Library and CCTV Headquarters in Beijing.
